Northern Colorado Wildlife Center has been voted Runner-Up (2nd Place) for Best Nonprofit in Northeastern Colorado

We are so excited to share that Northern Colorado Wildlife Center has been voted Runner-Up (2nd Place) for Best Nonprofit in Northeastern Colorado in the Colorado Sun’s “Best of Colorado” Reader’s Choice contest!

This recognition is such an honor for our small but dedicated team, and we couldn’t have done it without our incredible community. Every vote, every word of encouragement, and every show of support helps us continue rescuing, rehabilitating, and educating our community for Colorado’s wildlife.

A huge congratulations as well to this year’s First Place winner, Foster’s Love Community Closet and Support out of Fort Morgan, Colorado, for their amazing work and well-deserved recognition. Northeastern Colorado is stronger thanks to the many nonprofits working side by side to serve people, wildlife, and our shared environment.

This contest celebrates the very best across Northeastern Colorado, which includes Cheyenne, Elbert, Kit Carson, Larimer, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld, and Yuma counties. We are humbled to be recognized among so many outstanding organizations serving this diverse and vibrant region.
