We are so excited to share that Northern Colorado Wildlife Center has been voted Runner-Up (2nd Place) for Best Nonprofit in Northeastern Colorado in the Colorado Sun’s “Best of Colorado” Reader’s Choice contest! This recognition is such an honor for our small but dedicated team, and we couldn’t have done it without our incredible community. A huge shoutout to two of our incredible interns, Ben and Percilla, for spending part of their day giving back to nature in another way — cleaning up litter from Prospect Ponds Natural Area in Fort Collins! 💚 They dedicated several hours to removing trash and debris from the area, helping to protect local wildlife and keep our shared outdoor spaces safe and beautiful for everyone.
