From Northern Colorado Wildlife Center: Thank you to all the wildlife heroes out there!

At Northern Colorado Wildlife Center, we are grateful every single day for the people who make our mission possible — but today, we want to say it loud and clear.

To our incredible volunteers and team members: thank you.
You are the hands that bottle-feed orphaned babies, the voices that teach our community about coexistence, and the hearts that show up day after day to protect Colorado’s wild neighbors.

You give your time, your compassion, your skill, and your energy to animals who would otherwise have nowhere to turn. Whether you’re cleaning enclosures, admitting patients, educating the public, preparing diets, monitoring wildlife in recovery, or offering kindness to someone walking through our doors — you are the reason lives are saved.

We could not do this work without you. Your dedication transforms fear into safety, pain into healing, and crisis into hope.

While our Animal Care and Education volunteer teams are currently full, we are actively looking for passionate people to join our Fundraising and Event Planning Team. If you’d like to support wildlife through donor outreach, fundraising efforts, or event coordination, we would love to hear from you. To express your interest, please email info@nocowildlife.org and tell us how you’d like to get involved.

From all of us at NCWC: thank you for standing with us, and with Colorado’s wildlife!
